Are you sure it is 2 quick blinks and not two long?

Do you have NepTune Eprom or RTP?

Well seeing how there isn't a code 2 I would think it would be two long blinks which would be 20.. and that would be ELD. Did it throw it out of no where?

If so just turn the car on and hold the brake pedal to clear the code.

It could be a repeating code 1 . . . . . or _ _ pause _ _ for 20.

You don't turn the car on to clear the code. You hold the brake pedal while checking the codes, whether that be by having the Key On Engine Off and the gas pedal to the floor or jumping the service connector.

Right. I didn't mean have the engine on. Should have clarified a bit more.
