I'm trying to diagnose some problems my cars having, figured id start by seeing why the cel was on. I jumped the pins on the blue service plug, turn the key on, but the light stays steady and doesnt blink the code.

This car has had a lot of hands on it, theres no telling what was fucked with. The only thing i know is the ecu is chipped for 2-step, and rev limitor elimination. Any ideas why i can't pull the code?

 

Next time the code comes on while the car is running don't turn it off and pull the code.
