Icon6 JRSC and Ignition Timing? MAP sensor?

dont know too much about boosting my car. I am young and new to the honda scene. I have a d16y7 with a jrsc. Was wondering how I should time my car and my ignition. Spark Plug gaps? Do I need a new MAP sensor, ECU?
My car is running like sh**. I just cant get it tuned right just yet. Keeps sputtering and cutting out. I have BBK adjustable cam gear.
Any help is appreciated.
Chris.

Read over http://www.phearable.net/tech/efibeginnerguide.html

The stock map sensor will read up to 11 psi.
You need to relocate the map sensor vacuum source to the back of the supercharger so the map sensor can see positive manifold pressure.
You need to get rid of an fmu if your using one and replace it with 440cc injectors and a 255 lph fuel pump.
You need to also get your self an obd2 to obd1 ecu jumper and chipped obd1 ecu to have the car tuned.

You will need to properly wire in a 2 wire idle air control valve from a d16y8 too.
