OK so does anyone have any other suggestions that i could try out? Evo wants to send me there clutch setup to try but i dont think its my clutch. The boss over there thinks maybe the PP is to heavy, i just dont see that being the problem as others use the competition stage 4 with no problems. The slave only needs to extend just a little more and everything would be fine. How would i get more stroke out of the slave? I have the pedal adjusted so the rod is as close as it can be to the master. Im just looking for other options now as i want this car running right

Well if the clutch works on a bseries then y isnt it working on the h2b? Like I sent my clutch with the manufacture and they said they think the kit is not aligning the motor and tranny properly.

something is up because if all of us are having the same problem and i think all of our kits were purchased around the same time, what would work is if someone had another kit and slapped it on with the same parts they are using now, if the other kit works then bam we found the issue.

i know there are alot of cars running with success but i was running for a little while until i started to experience the same problems as everyone elese, maybe its a bad batch around the same timeframe or maybe something changed with regards to this batch. who knows. all i know is im kicking myself in the *** right now and really debating if i should chuck it and put a dogbox hseries in the car or just wait for a resolution.

just relax for a bit tony. you aren't going to be driving your car through winter anyways. About the batch timeframe i'm thinking the same thing. i bought mine dec 07 and you bought yours i think april if i recall, so maybe there is something defective and i think it could be the pressure plate.

Hatches- Why do you think it could be the pressure plate?

Maybe someone else should try putting the stock b-fork in and the adapter block and see if it works. Maybe my car is just worse, i mean from the get go i couldnt even put my car in gear. Also I bought my kit in may so the timeframe does match up. If i could just get this slave to move another 1/8th" it would work anyone got any ideas on getting more pressure to the slave? Im goin to go home and try to do some more adjusting and hopefully i can get it working a little better

I am using a competition stage 4 for a hydro b-series i specified a 99 civic. I also bled the hell out of the clutch. I used the pedal method, gravity bled it, pressure bled it, and bench bled the master. No air in my system. I was using the evo fork but now i put the stock b fork back in and am using there new slave mount for the slave. Yeah others have the kit with no problems and thats great but there are a few of us having problems. Waiting for the update brownkid...

Anyone with a working clutch- Could you measure the throw of the slave cylinder? Im goin to measure how far my slave moves when i get home and post up and see if it could have something to do with the slave/master system

this problem is not going to be resolved by comparing notes over the internet. one of the problem cars needs to be looked at by a professional in order to get a clear answer to this problem.

i purchased my evo kit just before summer this year and havent had any problems, except for my master cylinder failing/leaking. the slave cylinder was brand new upon installation.

are any of you guys who are having problems close to MD?

I already told evo i would drive there. I live in Arizona and there only a 4-5 hour drive from me.. They replied by wanting to send more parts. Heidi from Evo called me today out of no where and was apologizing for my troubles and there shipping mishap. She was real nice about the situation and was saying they would do whatever it takes to fix the problem . She also told me to let anyone know if they needed any more help or had comments to call her directly. So after this weekend if i cant figure this thing out, i will talk to her about bringing my car there

I wasnt refering to Bisi or Evo.

I live in MD and would be happy to help anyone who is having a problem. I am interested to find the cause of this problem and a proper fix for it. I am not affiliated w/ Bisi or Evo. I am simply offering some help as i am curious to see the cause of this problem.

Sorry about the wait but its been raining the last couple days so i havent have a proper chance to test it out. But so far it doesn't look good. Before with evo fork at around 6500rpm while the clutch was fully depressed the car would want to leave. (ie the clutch wasn't disengaging) Well this problem is no longer doing this at 6500rpm but it is doing it at around 7700-8000rpm. A friend of mine drove the says it shifts well but from what ive seen so its not looking good. Hopefully it will be dry 2maro.

So when you put it into gear is it a little stiff feeling? This is weird that yours will go into gear at all. I mean mines wont even go into gear at all with either forks i wonder what i should do now??
