My last itr setup ran 104 traps in the 1/4...
Not to mention the setup now should be 12's ez and then on top of it, i have a shot of the dope..
Progressive nitrous controlled by neptune... should be 11's with the dope.. maybe 8 or 9k spent on a full interior integra..
I consider that pretty fast.. and ya, its all quality parts.. i'll repeat that.
its really hard to compare a weekend racer to a class specific purpose built racecar..

104 in the 1/4 is kinda weak man. a talon i tuned on a aem went 129....in the 1/8th lol just if you wanna compare apples to oranges

We are done arguing with you on this whole thing. Lets get this thread back to what it was suppose to be for.

If you'll search my other alias.. you realize

i did 104 on a stock block itr, with a built head and other minor bolt ons. Oh, and street tires as well.. that was all motor, i hardly consider that "weak" in a full interior integra.

Im running hondata s300 and Im still one of the fastest cars in the country. With some chassis tuning I can be even faster and that has nothing to do with what EMS I run other than having more sensors. The logging on s300 is awesome and has a good boost contoller setup. The ONLY problem that is holding anyone back with the honda ecu is the factory ignitor/dizzy but I have yet to have any issues with my personal car. (fingers crossed)

I am a huge fan of tuning the AEM EMS boost comp setup and the system works awesome on S2k's, supras, evos, mustangs and vipers . I dont like using the EMS on B series because of the stuff needed for it to work properly. If you are going ALL OUT and dont want to ever buy another engine management then get MoTec. It will do anything your creative mind will allow.

Neptune is fine for street cars but it has huge downfalls (S300 as well) if you want to try and go fast and do it consistently, the lack of complete timing control, no COP capability, no in-depth tables and not to mention all the OEM ECU's are at a minimum of what now 14yrs old.

I had a hot start issue that could not be tuned out running Neptune, every time I shut my car off hot and restart it would run extremely lean for 30sec to a minute(checked everything), if I would of had AEM there is a table that can fix that... but with the OEM **** you just have to deal with it. there are alot of stupid querks with the OEM **** that made me want to spend the money to do it right...

Now THAT, i can understand and respect... I agree fully there are some tweakers for every program out there..
And that was your problem and your way to fix it was with AEM and thats great it worked out for you, keep in mind, neptune when u were using it was probably still being devoloped... Non the less, i understand completely why you probably had a bad taste in your mouth from it..

Its replies like this, that I WANTED.. that i was looking for the points.. instead of immature "****s" calling me kid, and just saying i "lack" knowledge and can't even spell correctly.

I was looking for hard proof on why people were so fast to go over to EMSs like this.. Thats all.. Mature replies instead of getting all butt hurt is what i wanted.. I would assume the point of this thread is so show what works and what does not.
Like i said, i tune cars everyday almost, from crome, to ectune to neptune, and it does it all, cars that are mildly built, to fully built, anywhere from 190whp to 600whp.. the B series motors, the D series, the H series does not require all that of which comes with a fully stand alone EMS.. its a nice add on yes, but in this day of the bad times we're going through, who really has 1200 to actually spare.
