Syncromesh. Always worked before. Maybe it's low. Like it's been leaking out the axle seals or sumthing.

Fuuuuck me.

I am hoping it was just me shifting like crap.

It doesn't pop out once I'm going, just between 2nd and 3rd, like I mis-shifted. I shifted real consciously and purposefully once and it went in just fine.

I'll check the fluid level tomorrow, and add any if needed. I just went out and checked for leaks and couldn't find any. It only does it at redline shifts, so maybe I'll just have to shift and hold it til I'm moving again.

Thanks man. So long as the Si tranny holds up for the track I'll be just fine. I have two spare trannies sitting in my garage.

It acts like it mis-shifted when you take it to redline?

Correction, Jon's tranny is in my garage along with my spare tranny.

You need a motor son.

Usually, yes, that's the cause.

Lol, I would not be too upset about that. Pissed, yes. Frustrated, yes. But It would not be the end of the world.

Can't you just hook up the A/F sniffer to the tailpipe at the dyno?

Here's the tire size comparison of my old ones to my new drag radials:

185/70-13------5.1in-----11.6in------23.2in---------72.9in--------869---------0.0%

205/50-14------4.0in-----11.0in------22.1in---------69.3in--------914------- -4.9%
