Got my oil line kit, and vacuum mani in yesterday.

Gonna order an EG rad and slim fan on tues.

I also found a good explanation of how my exhaust is going to be for the turbo setup.

DP->Resonator->Turndown.

I would call them and complain, you already are in the swing of it from the insurance company.

Their warranty doesn't cover it "because of the load that the car puts on the header".

WTF? Sorry If I installed it!

Anyway, no biggie. You're from richmond! You should roll out to the meet in my sig when it warms up a little bit.

What happen with the header ? We installed one once, and notching of the block was required, the customer insisted go ahead with it.

Nice build and clean hatch

I am running a d-series so I don't need to notch the stock x-member. However, lets just say that I wanted to... oh... fit a 3" DP, I may want more clearance.

No I mean we had to cut the block because the header was hitting it, thats why I'm curious to know what happen with the header.

Oh, no it didn't require any cutting. In fact, I was really pleased with the fitment. Perfect

It cracked right around the weld on the collector so I'm thinking that they welded it too cold and didn't get enough penetration or something. I dunno. Just shitty quality.

Usually quite a few. The winter weather is really killing the crowd, but I'm hoping that this spring it'll blow up to the way it used to be.
