OP, provide more details about the engine and car. We do not know what you have. I will then change to thread title to something more meaningful so that it is easier for furture searches to provide useful information.
Another pointless thread..can always tell by the wording that these type of people:
A. Don't know jackshit about cars.
B. Probably don't have the money to buy anything more than walmart hubcaps.
C. Theres no point in even wasting our time because you will probably never anything you listed it. I mean c'mon, you want to "put a turbo on it"..

@OP. I Ran CP Pistons, Eagle Rods, and ACL race bearings in my B18B that I had in my EK. Everything was cool until I dropped a valve...and even then, the CP Pistons survived. I got the parts for under $1000 from THMotorsports here on HT a few years back.
What are your power goals for the turbo? Your budget will decide what your power will be, keep that in mind.
is a 1994 integra wit a b18b1 engine i want to make it a 300hp or close to 400hp and i want to put quality parts on it

i want to spend like 3000 or close to 4000 in just the engine and another 3000 on the turbo kit
Good thing you're keeping quality parts in mind. But remember, boost isn't cheap nor is building a motor.
For a good start, lots of people recommend the Go-Autoworks street kit. All parts are high in quality an will get you close to your goals, or make them, provided that you get a good tune.

You're also going to need a high flow fuel pump, and larger injectors which will run close to $300-500 on top of the turbo kit. A chipped ECU should go for around $100-$125. Then you're going to need to get it all tuned for around $400-$500. And you'll find there are other little things that you'll either want or need.
Good god, all of these numbers makes me want to stop on my turbo build. LOL!
