Default ARP Torque Specifications

I have a 98 Integra GSR and I just took off my head to install new valves. I had ARP head studs in there already and I was going to use them again. What should I torque them too? I was reading an article and it said to torque it to 85 if using oil. Does this sound correct? Thanks for any info you can give.

Thanks for the info. Now I can get my head back on to the block and hopefully get the car working again. Thanks

My friend has some of ARP's moly so I used that and torqued them to 71. Hopefully that will do it. Thanks
