ARP head studs torque specs???

what is the recommended torque specs for the ars head studs??
in the brand new packaging there was a paper that said 144lbs that seemed very high but it was what they called for.. in torquing these we broke one and streched two WTF??

144lb*ft....that's about twice the recommended specification.
70lb*ft with moly lube
I think it's like 80lb*ft for 30W, and 85-90lb*ft for 10W-30.
The factory torque spec is 60lb*ft.

i had to call arp for this, and was told that with the moli lube to torque it to 65ft lbs!
and 85 ft lbs with 10-30 oil!
