Most likely your intake manifold is leaking somewhere between the head, maybe it's the IM gasket or crack.

Start the engine and try spraying carb cleaner and see where the vacuum leak is.

Deff get your Injectors flow tested and cleaned to rule that out, Also check the wiring but you might have a injector thats clogged or poor flow. Also look into the burton racing fuel pump relay.

Make sure you put the throttle body gasket on correctly, its probrally on the wrong way causing a blockage to the ports in the throttle body.

#3 gasket/washer, it is different than the other 3 (#34) 12mm standard washer. It has a star shape in the inside....
