Yes and no.
The more power you out put the more the injectors work.
So if you change nothing in your setup but the psi level.
Then yes you will lower the hp output and the injector duty %.

Put the t Stat back in. That can cause overheating problems also I been there.
Other then that I'd flush the system and check the coolant system for leaks

A shop would charge alot. I know most charge $75 just for broken bolts. But that doesn't include the area it's in or anything like that.
For the water pump your probably have to dip the motor...

Bleed the clutch first.
Honda master clutch cylinders like to leak. Your get air in the clutch line and what your saying will happen.

If that is there then that hole on the value cover is empty.

If everything is wrap right the heat shouldn't kill the compressor.
I did do heat test with a ir gun before. And without wrap you can get 50 - 600 degs from the turbo and manifold. With wrap it...

Then you dont know true heat.
YOu cant out run heat and you cant do crap in traffic.
Also heat wrap and a turbo blanket goes a long way.

I know how the system works.
Also know that I drove for 1 hr in stop and go traffic. On a 90deg day and it over heated.
Had coolant. Not leaks and was na at the time.

Drill it out with a smaller bit. Most of the time the stud is fold on itself and your be able to pick or suck out the bolt with a shop vac and not damage the threads.

Without a turbo size in detail there is no telling. It's not psi that beaks more it's the tq output.
So with that said around 220tq -250hp.
