clean them up real good with M.E.K. or similar chemical. then spray then with VHT high temp paint, then re-assemble

im not 100% if the 91 will or wont work, but i used a 94 accord clutch pedal for my swap and it sat about 3 inches higher then the rest of the pedals.

it can still be used, i just cut a wedge out...

well first off, the gear ratios in that transmission are going to be a bit longer then the prelude ones, it will work, just wont perform quite as well.

first off, honda transaxles are very specialized transmissions, they have 3 shafts in them essentially they are considered a "automated manual transmission" therefore they require Honda ATF only,...

i suspect the same thing, probably flywheel bolts came loose from improper torque.

also make sure they are the actual flywheel bolts from honda, NOTHING else should be used.

sounds like a clock problem, but check the power and grounds to the clock inputs first.

i'd go fetch one from a junkyard and try that one and see if it works.
