looks like a solid build man, but trust me find you a busted b16 tranny somewhere for cheap and grab the 4.40 fd. the ring gear will bolt on to your ls diff and all you gota do is switch the counter...

They go around your input shaft. The one that has a angle sets on the isb with the anhle facing the isb and the other one sets on top or that one. Doesn't matter which way it goes. But your deff....
