Default dpfi to mpfi code 4 issues

Doing a obd1 b18c1 swap n my Rex. Car starts and runs but rough and wont Rev over 4. I've tried different ecu, dizzy, and jumper harness. I've ran wire from pins b10&12 straight to orange and white wires on the dizzy and nothing. Is there something I'm missing. I've done one other conversion with no issues. Is there a power wire in the harness for the cps maybe or am i missing something? Any help would b awsome. Im ready to pull my hair out.lol
