Does this happen on XM or on any mode? Could be interference with the Sattelite signal.

If it happens with any other mode (CD, radio, etc), definitely take it to the dealer while you're still on...

shifting 3-4k, and run on the highest gear you can. (and by higher I don't mean ratio I mean 1-6th gear).
There's no strain on the engine running on 6th gear. On the contrary, there's more strain...

2000 integra GSR ECU 4 sale

ECU from a 2000 GSR for sale. BRAND NEW. Purchased for an engine swap, but ended up not needing it.

The ECU is in Connecticut, can be picked up locally or shipped.

got a set of 4 P30 (ek civic type R, B-series engine) pistons at my brother's house in Connecticut that I need to sell.

Great upgrade for GSR block with Type R heads. Will fit any B-series motor....
