Re: How do I replace an ignition switch?

take off the plastics around the steering column, that should expose the entire ignition switch. It wraps around the steering stem and there are two rounded bolts at the top. You will need a chisel...

Re: Anyone running 16x8.25 wheels on ek hatch?

16's are a terrible tire size to buy unless you go with a 205/40/16, 215/45/16, or 245/45/16 either way you will have to roll the crap out of your fenders for them to fit

Re: Installing l19 head studs after block was built

You may be having other issues, bud. If you are on ARPs I think something may be warped or the tune is off. Who tuned it, how long ago, what fuel, and how much timing are you running at WOT on full...

Re: Poor MPG D15B7

I'd clean your injectors with additive, and also make sure there are no exhaust leaks near your primary O2 sensor. There should not be any holes or leaks a couple of feet before and after the sensor....

Re: 4port WG spring sizing?

read into doing dual 3 ports. I hear it's easier to control boost and you can multiply your spring(s) even more

Re: BWR Turbo "Hot Parts": Feedback on Quality and Utility

We either talked to Precision or Tial and they mentioned the lack of the 'tear drop' design was the issue. IIRC there was proper room for a tear drop design.

re: Omni-power s2k clutch master cylinder (cmc) on 95 civic ex

I had an Omni power in my 99 civic years ago. The seal ended up going out in it like everyone's elses and would not engage my clutch. If you hold light pressure on the clutch pedal with the engine...

re: BWR Turbo "Hot Parts": Feedback on Quality and Utility

Quality and welds seemed great on a Ramhorn for a GSR in a EG coupe. However, I COULD NOT control boost due to WG placement. Anything under 18 psi was a nightmare, with a 6lb spring. Boost creep was...

Re: bushings (which ones)

NO complaints with the full Hardrace kit. I used to daily my car and it was maybe just a tad rougher on the street. I've put probably over 30k on the bushings in the last 5 years and no issues. Rear...

Check for power at the plug as mentioned. It will power the plug when the A/C light is green inside the cab.

Re: 99 EM! brake suggestions

Hawk HPS are great for the street and light autox. I overheated HPS' (car had rear drums) on a mini road course. Switched to HP+ and never had issues. HP+ for the front and HPS for the rear worked...

Re: Loose boost on the top end

In the places you are losing boost: increase that area on your boost table by the amount you are losing vs commanded. If it evens out to what you want, you're good to go. I lose about 4-6 psi on the...
