Well you can't go wrong with an intake, or a rear sway bar since you don't have one. performance brakes, header. There is a start for ya.

Yes as long as you have all the cal smog equipment on the vehicle you syould pass visuel inspection, as to the higheer compression, that in it self doesn't matter as long as your co2 and nox levels...
