The F23 will make the same tq but cannot carry it through the RPMs hence why a H22 had much higher HP since it carry is tq (though lower) to a higher rpm, area under the curve my friend

its ok if the keyway is alittle tight, but as for the spacer, it has to be the same width or things will get messed up. just use the old pulley on the crank

if i remember correctly i think they are different. I used a civic rail when doing my EURU R mani, and if i remember correctly i couldn't swap over the FPR from my prelude fuel rail

i belive its the same, same forces are applied, go alittle right if you want like 55 ish, its a ferous stud so your not pulling on aluminum

the temp sensor that controls the gauge in the car is completely different than the CTS that the ecu uses for reference. I would check for other melted wires,

6500 is the fail safe rev limit when one of the parameters for vtec is not met. you should check the CEL, as it will tell you if you havea fault vtec oil press switch. limp mode is a much lower rev...
