Default Car overheating...

Ok I have *another problem, aside from the one that I posted earlier... the car is overheating. I changed the thermostat, made sure the raidiator was clean. My mechanic buddy told me that sometimes too many bugs get stuck in it and it will drop the raidiator's efficency, so I made sure that that was cool. Well tonight I finally determined that the fan *ISNT* coming on. WHere would I begin troubleshooting it? I have no clue...

does the fan come on?

when was the coolant last changed?

do you have any white smoke coming from the tail pipe?

are there any signs of leakage?

nope the fan doesnt come on... I believe thats the prob.

I just changed the coolant 2 weeks ago but it didnt help.

Rarely a *LITTLE* white smoke will come out when I launch when Im racing someine.

No signs of leakage that I can see.
