Default Help me put together Suspension FAQ

Need to cover all aspects before its added to FAQ

If you notice in FAQ, i try not to cover the topic unless all aspects are covered, but i can't think of enough regarding suspension.

i need help breaking suspension topic into sections. Once i know which section to built, i'll find threads for that section, but i need help coming up with sections

post threads if you have them bookmarked, sometimes people don't use appropriate title for their threads.

some stuff i got so far.

Alignment, corner weighting, spring rates, rebuilding, installing, plus of course different brands - BC, Mugen low downs, Zeal, etc?

Spring rate theory:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=830123

alignment settings:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=862470

If you want to know how good a street legal ITR han handle:
"Mark Allen's Integra Type R showed what a proper set-up could do. As an autocross car, it's set up for just these kinds of long, tight turns, and from the first lap of the skidpad, it was clear the Type R was at home. Front-wheel-drive cars can get away with a unique tail-out cornering attitude, and Allen's car demonstrated this perfectly. It cornered on three wheels in what felt like a constant slide, and the gas pedal seemed to be connected to a string tying the rear bumper to the middle of the pad. A result of 1.046g is the highest we've ever recorded on a front-drive car."

From my notepad:
Re: Camber and Toe Settings for Autox and Track racing (itr1236)
front 1/8" toe out
rear zero toe
camber between 1.6-2.0 negative. I would like to see this be a little closer to -2.0 all around.

Re: What are the stock ITR spring rates front and back? (Cosworth)
240 front / 160-240 back

Re: Suspension: What spring rates do you have? (Chris N)
400# F and 500# R seems completely streetable to me. On Koni Yellows, with the rears already revalved in anticipation of the next step.
