Still have those trunk goals in mind.. have to forget about the idea of having a spare tire, you’ll see why!

Mounted this cheap eBay overflow.. it’s not vented and I’m quite sure it should be. I’ll install a vent. Hose will run through the frame rail.. you shall see. Factory over flow would no longer fit with the intercooler piping in the way.

I can’t stop looking at this pic. That’s pretty much how it’ll look when finished! Just missing a rad hose. It sits like this right now. Catching up with life for a week or so and I’ll get back to it. It’s getting cold. :(

Wiring these gauges SUCKED. I also ran wiring for my power folding mirrors in a super stock fashion. I’m quit sure I’ve wired it almost exhaust how a car would be wired factory.. but I am waiting on some pins for the door harness. I swear I wired for hours and hours and hours.

Here is the harness. You an see the plug that’s normal at the drivers side shock tower? It’s pulled back in as I explained. And the alternator wire is there lookin like a tail.

I searched so hard for this damn rubber boot!! It’s discontinued. I wasn’t going to put my rack back in until I sourced it. Also... remember I put this manual rack in, back in March.. but it has slop and make a cla-clunkity. I swapped it under warranty. Yay for alignments! Had to remove the rack to install this boot anyways.

On the left is fuel pump relay and fuse holder, from burton racing. This is to upgrade the wiring to the pump. Middle is a fused relay which is running an upgraded wire I’ve integrated into the wiring harness for the coil packs. Will run a 20 AMP fuse. Right is another fused relay that will power my gauges. Will run a 10AMP fuse. In the back running along, there is the extension I made.. you know on the drivers side shock tower, how the factory engine harness plugs in there? I pulled it back ins

Figured out a way to mount up my fuse box! I hatttted how it was just floppy in the glove box.. I was really trying to avoid getting rid of my airbag.. I cracked my window good putting my airbag back in when I figured out this new idea.. couldn’t get it to seat and used a rubber mallet, and I was frustrated, boom cracked windshield. It’s ok. It was already cracked a little. :p

I’ll have a flange at the end of down pipe, and a flange at the muffler. The rest will be welded.

Mounted my circuit breaker here, with some good old JB weld! Didn’t want to drill any hole that I’d have to seal.

I had the piping modified to work better for me..
1. Added a weld bung for IAT to tuck it.
2. Added tabs on the underside of pipe that connects to TB, to hold and tuck the vacuum line from BOV to IM.
3. Lengthened that same pipe by 2.75”
4. Shortened the pipe that connects from the intercooler to the BOV Pipe.. I shortened this one and lengthened the other to clean the torque mount bracket and torque mount.
5. Added a 1/8th NPT weld bung on hot side of piping for boost reference.

Hmm.. I think my push lock fitting for my boost solenoid.. it’s going to melt. I searched and found mostly metal ones. Installed. Let’s see what happens.

Look!!! I water cooled the wastegate. That’s why I had that note book with the ghetto angles, and this is what else the 6AN weld bung on the water pipe is feeding. Well the bung has a hose that goes to a T on one side of the turbo.. there is a T on the other side too. Took some thinking to figure out the fittings and adapters and such. Costed around 115 to make this damn wastegate watercooler, totally unnecessary but totally cool!

After much thought.. bought this pillar thing. Tried to JB weld it. Wanted to avoid screws. The JB weld broke free when I was trying to do a final install. I ended up using factory screws.

I make the brake light wires go out of the same hole where the wiper motor wires used to go into. Used the factory grommet.

I mounted my HID ballasts like this. Come to find out it gets in the way of the factory fogs... later find also the intercooler piping gets in the way too! For now I am not running fogs. Later I’ll go backdoor intercooler so I can fit my fogs, and keep my ballasts in this neat location.

Look at this coool thing! I rotated the brake booster so that the vacuum port was at the bottom, hidden. Now the hose is very short. The check valve is still in place.

Stealth 4 port Mac valve moutage. I did some super cool crap and 2 factory wire so that went to A/C to wire this. No extra wires coming out of cabin. The wires are soldered into cabin harness looking factory.

Mock up. Check out my heater hoses. I deleted the heater valve, no A/C, don’t need the valve. It made my hose point to the passenger side, and I like this better. :) more stealth. Oh! And I put a block off plug on the side of the head. :)
