Vtec Switch??? That's not right...
Alright guys so I have a little problem with my 92 prelude Si...I bought it from a guy who had swapped an h22 in it but kept the h23 ecu and wiring harness...now for me to engage Vtec I have to flip a switch and even though it has an h23 ecu that's not tuned for Vtec, Vtec still pulls hard which is weird but I was wondering what the best way to get rid of the switch would be...The way its set up now is just like the H23 except the Vtec solenoid has a wire running from it which runs to a switch on the output side and on the input side is a wire that runs to an accessory fuse...I was thinking just tune the ecu to the engine but idk if that will work because it's for the h23.
what would be the best thing for me to do to get rid of the switch?

You could get a P13 like above. You other option is to find a P28 and have it chipped with a P13 or custom tune. For the P13 you'll need to wire up the VTEC solenoid and pressure switch as well as the knock sensor. For the P28 you'll only need to wire the VTEC pressure switch and solenoid.
Well I'm looking to get a p72 ecu with the hondata s300 v3...would i still have to hook up the knock sensor and the pressure switch...and if so how would i do that because theres only one wire running from the solenoid
