Default v tec problems

ok so i had the h23 in my lude and swapped it out with the h22a v tec. so i get it in and it is running fine with the h23 ecu in it. when i get the p13 ecu and switch it out it throws the two error codes of courses. code 21 and 22 v tech. thats the pressure switch and solenoid. so i get code 21 to go away after i wire v tec but its still throwing code 22 the pressure switch. and get this. when i have the p13 ecu in it it starts chugging and crap with the check engine light on but as soon as swap the ecu out with the ecu from the h23 it runs fine. so is it something wrong with the ecu and the pressure switch. someone please help me. i need help. thanks. its running in limp mode with the p13 ecu as well. thanks

What year is the engine and ecu? Both obd1 or obd2? Make sure u got the pressure switch wired up, or else ur Vtec won't run.

if your 100% sure u tested it right. test the blue/blk and black if no 10v there test the blue/blk and a body ground if 10v there then your black ground wire is bad replace that. if not 10v then you need to check for open in wires check around firewall see if the wires got scuffed maybe touching the frame and grounding out. if still nothing you can try a friends ecu and/or get a new switch.

i am not sure about the p13, but on my p28 for my ls/vtec i bridged two pins on my harness with a small peice of wire and it kinda bypasses the switch i guess. dont remember which pins it was though.
