Well i still haven't had a chance to put in that wideband, it's still in my brothers turbo 350z from tuning a basemap for it.

But i tried loading a stock tune and swapped to stock injector and it still does the same exact thing. It does it just revving the engine, partial throttle, full throttle, everything. I know it is something mechanical so any other input would be appreciated. I think the only test i haven't done yet is putting a mechanical oil pressure gauge on the front port by the vtec solenoid and checking for 60psi there.

Yes, whether i set vyec at 4500, 5000, 5500 it does the same thing. I might try to find a vtec dizzy, I'm using my non vtec dizzy with a leg cut off, ghetto old school way of doing it but i know that still works that way..

Would having no o2 sensor cause this? My buddy was actually having a similar problem, we thought it was because sometime wired in vtec wrong but he put in a rear 02 sensor he was missing and now his vtec works fine. I have mine disabled but it has nothing plugged in, it probably won't help but it's worth a try.
