Default vtec no working !!!!

can someone help me!
why my vtec no working and i have check all my wiring, sensor and switch all working fine...
i have change ecu too (P30)

how do you know its not working? you know vtec isnt really that big of a difference right? its not like as soon as you enter vtec you gain like 500 horsepower..

cause i try on my own and friend vehicle, while i accelerate to 3500 rpm i have 12 volt reading at multimeter for my friend vehicle and my reading only 2 volt plus. both same vehicle.
and the power of both car are totally difference

try cleaning the screen on the vtec solenoid and check your wiring again

i clean vtec solenoid before.. ever swap vtec solenoid with my friend and working fine on his car. BTW wat wire should i check again

check your ground wires....with code 20 it seems your having some electrical issue

i add 3 more ground to my car ready.. by the way my car don't have ELD but ecu have, do is affect??

try a stock b16 ecu. or even an ITR...best way to go if you have it is a chipped p28 and find which basemap runs better on your car by testing them out. sometimes swapped motors with stock ecus run funny even though its the ecu for it. chipped ecu is the way to go.

your car might not have it but the ecu might, so its looking for it and of course the CEL will come on if the ecu cant find it

well i would say try a stock b16 map first. then if it's still the same try an ITR basemap
