Default VTEC CODE!!!Pleas help

I have a code 22 on my P28 ecu with hondata. My VTEC seems to work when it wants on and off and ive been threw 3 solinoids and none of them owrked untill saturday night my VTEC just kicked on and then about 10 minutes later kicked off, and it seems like once you start the car now it will work where before if threw the code right off the bat now it just takes alittle longer, could this be the ECU or Hondata or in the harness some where
BTW i also got shocked by my coil too while touching it and the car could this have done it??

have you checked you vtec pressure switch also one will cancel out the other. also on some freak occasions there is a filter actually in the housing that the solenoid bolts to, remove that and see if the filter is clogged. have you reset your ecu, by disconnecting the battery and removing the backup and hazard fuses in the engine fuse box, this should be done for 10sec. lastly does hondata come pre-programed or did you need to have it set on a dyno, cause if you did you may want to record all your settings. hope this helps, i have a few more answers but these are possibilities. email at sales@afterhourzracing.com if you need anymore help
