i suggest you not get a VTEC controller and **** around with VTEC especially since you dont know how to spell VTEC.

get something like a apexi vafc, then get it dyno tuned.

if you wont to lower the vtec point to make power gains you need to change the fuel maps to suite the new engagment point,

so if you wont a controler then you need one that does the fuel maps too.

What is your setup???

If you're running a stock setup with nothing major, you don't need one.

If you upgrade to larger cams you'll need to change your VTEC engagement point. I suggest instead of getting JUST a VTEC controller, you get a VAFC so that you can also tune your AFR later on if needed.
