turbo ?

im buying a turbo that is oil and water cooled. Can i just cool it useing only the oil? because it would be too much work to do both. Im doing this project at home also.

Yes, but the benefit of the cooling lines is that you don't have to let your engine idle for a couple of minutes to cool down after some hard boosting.
