Default Tranny leaking from shift linkage. Bense?

my b16 tranny is leaking around the shift linkage/bitch pin area, is that seal expensive and or hard to replace? thanks.

its maybe 3.50$ and its very easy to change you dont need to remove the tranny.

drain the fluid
remove the linkage
remove the boot
pry the seal out with a flat tip screw driver
press the new seal in with a proper sized seal driver
install boot
install linkage
refill
