Default DC5-R pistons

I'm planning on building up an N/A F23 with these pistons, crower rods. I already have the rods but my question is, will I need to have the pistons repinned or anything to work with the aftermarket rods? Also, what are the specs on these pistons as far as compression (stock) and dome height/volume? I know they use the same bore and compression height as the F23 (86mm, and 1.181 CH) but other than that I don't know much else about them.

Also, if anyone could help me figure out the compression ratio if I used these I'd appreciate it.
