Default tps?

What do you guys think? its idles from 1000 to 1200 back and forth with a little cough intermittenly. It will not rev past 3000 rpm. and detonates when you try to rev, even with 100 octane fuel and 17 degrees timing.

Their is no cat converter and this is a standalone so it is not in limp mode. Plugs are new and im getting plenty of fuel.

Just wanted to hear your thoughts, I don't have access to a volt meter tonight.

when certain codes are thrown, it will go in limp mode to protect the motor. no vtec and alot lower rev limi.

just tested it with a voltmeter. o volts at closed throttle and o volts at open throttle with key on car off.
I should get volt readings even though i run a standalone right?

never ran into a tps problem before... lucky me

I have a FAST harness therefor the wires are different, I had a few very small holes in the exhaust, and the when we got the new fuel pressure regulator, it was set at 45 psi and the car was tuned at 35 therefore it wouldn't rev pass 3000 due to too much fuel, Ohh well off to the dyno today.
