Through-bolt stuck in poly bushing
Hi, I'm trying to regrease a set of uca bushings.. but I can't get the dang through bolts to come out!
I've tried 1180 ft/lb makita impact, air chisel with hammer/flat attachment and beat on it, and the bolt will not budge!
I'd soak the arms in pb blaster, but I've heard that will eat/melt poly bushings... so from my research I've run across electrolysis and soaking in molasses. Anyone with experience/wisdom have any thoughts or ideas to throw at me? Or is electrolyis a good idea or only helps on surface rust? -Will it get all the way into the long length where I presume is loads of rust..?

soak them in penetrating oil. it won't harm the bushings. the compound of aftermarket bushings is designed to withstand nearly any automotive chemical.
