Default UCA bushing removal.

Read something about using a piece of treaded rod, nut, and washers to remove the UCA bushings on my 94 Integra. I can't find the thread again, was wondering if anyone can help with that? Or do you have any other suggestions on how to remove these bushings? I do not have a press, torch SUCKS! I've been using a hole saw and hack saw for the LCA bushings, slow but effective...Should I just continue with this method?

You could use something like the long bolt but you would need something for the bushing to go into so it would have to be larger then the bushing just like a press

Rent/buy a press or have a shop do it. Otherwise torching is your best option -- but you need something hotter than propane.
