where to get lca bushings pressed?

Default where to get lca bushings pressed?

just like the topic says? where or what kind of shop would be able to press the bushings in my lcas?

and anyone know cost wise?

Machine shop is your best bet. They will have the presses equipped to do the job.

im not sure what tools you have access too , but if you put your new LCA bushings in a freezer overnight , and the next day heat the LCA with acetylene torch so its red around the hole , the ice cold bushing should beat right in the hole no problem with a socket fitting the outside edge of the bushing and a hammer.

Just use a propane torch to melt the rubber and a hack saw to cut the metal ring. It takes about 20 minutes per bushing, but it's free!

Vise+socket that fits the bushing+frozen bushings worked for me...

I used to cut out the rubber and then saw out the metal ring. Then used a bench vise with a block of wood that had a hole cut into it so the bushing could push throught the lca. Now I have air hammer which will push out the old bushing in 5 sec. And to push in the new ones I use a large C clamp which is made for pushing in balljoints (may be available for rent at local parts store).
