Threw CEL 41 but not sure how to fix?
On the way back from NOPI I had a wide open stretch of road so I wanted to get on it. Left it in 5th and just accelerated to 130 and let off. About 3 seconds after letting off my CEL came on. The car drove no different (not like a MAP CEL would do), but despite pulling the baretty negative, pulling the fuse, etc, It remains on. After checking it it blinked 4 long adn one short which is Heated O2 heater circuit or something like that.
My question is, what does this entail and whats a fix for it. The cars running a little richer than usual or so it feels that way with all of the backfiring at low rpms with sub-10% throttle, but no significant differences. Any ideas on how to fix it??

First you find out what's wrong with the heater circuit...
Blown fuse? replace it.
Busted wire? fix it.
Bad heating element in the O2 sensor?
This one seems more likely than the others. Measure the resistance between the 2 same-color wires of the sensor. If it's an open circuit that's the problem Buy a new sensor.

Fuse is probably shared with other stuff. I don't know if it's the same fuse for civic vs. integra, or from year to year. I only have Helm books for the cars that I own.
Did you measure the resistance of the heater element? Open circuit = failed. I think that's the more likely way for it to go bad.
