Default secondary o2 sensor making vss sensor cel

could a bad secondary o2 sensor make the cel throw a vss sensor? i've changed the vss sensor to another one..still throwin both codes..96 ek dx..

They're pretty much unrelated to one another. The only thing I can think of is a common power circuit, or maybe their separate circuits both run thru one big connector (at the fuse box?) that's loose.

the shouldnt be on the same circuit, but they could be did soembody hack wire your car and possibly switch 2 wires

No, but a bad fuse could. Check the #15 fuse in the under dash fuse box, it's probably blown. I think it's a 15 amp.
