Default Surface rust on cylinder walls

I just received a B18c1 that I'm building for someone and the walls have a bit of rust on them. I've built a b20 with a little rust on it and it was fine but this ones got quite a bit more. Any advice would help. TIA

Just buy a hone brush and hone it with a cordless drill.
