ok so i have a b18b with a seized crank pulley bolt. I have tried multiple different things ive tried air guns, breaker bars, breaker bars with pipes on the end. I am about to try my 1600 ft/lb impact gun. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem if so.... or if not maybe leave some ideas?

I'd suggest you try this before doing something that could snap it. It would be a pain to deal with, since its a very uncommon metric size tap needed to fix it.
Find someone with a junk oven (craigslist.org?) or clean the crank extrodinarily good & use your own, heat to 400F+. Then use a bottle of C02 (air duster cans) to blow on the bolt to cool it down. The goal is to get the crank expanded and shrink the bolt. Just don't use an impact on a sub-zero bolt, it is easier to crack at that temp. Try the breaker bar again before the impact.
They are usually put on w/o oil at 130+ lbs, so its not hard for them to lock up.

Try to tighten it with the impact then try to loosen it. This may take several times to work but its saved my *** many times. Good luck.

PB Blaster or WD-40 since nobody else said it
. I know at the Acura shop where I work they use a big socket that fits inside the pulley and a four foot breaker bar with a socket for the bolt to break it loose. Sometimes it takes more than one guy to get it loose too. Major major PITA.

i say your impact gun is just not strong enough, when i worked at a shop we had 1 impact gun, it was a beast, we only used it for crank pulleys cause none of the other guns would work.

use a good acetalyne torch and heat the bolt till its near red, then stop right away and hit it with the impact. it will come out if u do it right. it may melt the timin cover a tad if heat transfers fast but if u dont heat it u may snap it off . especially using a big breaker bar then u need a new crank.

I bought a tool from honda that fits in the end of the crank pulley. It has a handle with a big nut welded on the end of it to keep the pulley from rotating. Then just like everyone else said get some leverage (but i think you have the motor out so I don't thing it going to be easy since it going to move all around)

spray deap creep on the bolt every hour for about 5 hours, the let it sit over night. Then take a torch to it and a breaker bar should get it off.

Update: so after the motor has been sitting since i started this thread. I have been slammin on the bolt with air guns and breakerbars trying to break it loose. But yesterday went at it with a breakerbar and hardly put any tension on the bolt and it broke free. I am assuming this is because of me messing with it and it sitting in the heated garage. Not sure i have one more to do that wont budge. I guess i will try this let it sit around trick since im not in any hurry. But wanted to say thanks to anyone that gave input.
