how long have you had the swap?

when i first did my swap, i was smoking like MAD for a while...
it was from oil getting into the intake and exhast mani from sitting
at a salvage yard leaned over... it took a while to burn all the
excess oil off...

are you SURE you're burning rich? (using a a/f meter?)
if so, you could probably get a adjustable fuel pressure regulator
and lean it out a bit... though i wouldn't see why a stock engine
would be running rich like that... you're using the right ECU, right?

it could also be bad piston rings or valve seals...

if its black smoke, its running rich. any bad seals or piston rings would only allow oil to get into the combustion chamber and therefor it would burn oil.

make sure all of your vacuum lines are connected or blocked off. i was running extremely rich when i first did my swap due to an unconnected vacuum line.

Are the spark plugs dry (carbon) fouled? Or wet (oil) Fouled.. If you're running rich, get a FPR and lower the fuel pressure until you notice it is running correctly / isn't fouling plugs anymore.

If you spark plugs are glossy black, you're probably getting oil in your cylinders. I'll show you what my oil fouled plug looked like. (Valve seals were bad) and what a normal plug is supoused to look like.
