power steering removel
on your steering column almost on the floor you may have to pull up your carpet there is a 10 mm bolt that holds the steering column on the spline of the rack take it out,
unbolt the power steering lines on the rack,
then just take off your tie rod ends,
take out 4 bolts that hold the rack to the frame/firewall,
drop the rack (may have to take off tie rod ends off the rack to remove the rack), take off pump, take off reservoir,
find a manual rack throw it in, the passenger side will need to be drilled and tapped since the power steering rack mount is thicker then the manual one therefore the bracket won't line up with the existing holes. or make your own mount, not hard. Hope that helps some.

what about just takn the power steering pump and acc. out. ive heard of capn somthing off and rerouting hoses to make a manual steering rack. that is what i was askn sorry if i mislead u. lookn 4 a good step by step.
oh if your just gonna use your power rack as a manual, just take of the lines from the rack and either cap them or put t breather on them. and junk the pump and acc. It will be tighter then a manual rack, power racks without the pump are deff. stiffer the manual racks
Do a search, there's a kit for sale somewhere that removes the power steering and loops the lines back to a reservoir to keep the rack lubricated. It sells for somewhere close to $70 but I can't remember who sells it.

The kits are currently only available for '92-'95 Civics, '96-'00 Civics, and '94+ Integras. There has been some slight interest in a 2nd gen. Integra application, and one individual purchased a '96-'00 Civic kit planning to make whatever (if any) adaptations were necessary, however I've been unable to get in contact with him to see how that worked out.
As far as the Accord mentioned above, I honestly have no experience with the Accord rack, so I would need an owner's help in developing a kit for that application.

If you're not too considered with the steering effort, like I was, don't bother with the breather. It is still fairly easy to steer without it, just a little hard to park.
