i blew my b16....just wondering who has taken their block to get bored/honed and pistons installed...i think i blew my # 4 cylinder piston..so im going to take it apart tomorrow and bring it to a shop to have some ctr .20 over pistons installed....how much did it cost you guys for labor and the work....again im pulling it out of my car and putting it back in myself....
p.s i know every shop is different im asking how much you were charged

Low compression on all four, it's probably your head that's screwed, not your block. Check your timing belt, fix it if it's off, then do another compression check. I'm pretty sure your only problem is bent valves on cylinders 1 and 3.
yeah im kind of hopeing its my pistons though so i can just rebuild it
......i heard a big POP!!! my timing belt is still tight...the spark plug is bend in one cylinder....when i have time ill take it apart and show u some pics

Honda put P30 pistons in there and i'm sure many others have done it too.
Seriously though, P30's are the stock B16A3 pistons.
