OBD2 CELs under boost

What are the common CEL's that are thrown when boosting an OBD2 car? And does anyone know if using the AEM EMS overcome these CELs? I assume that it would, just want to know if anyone knows for sure.

I get CEL 3 alot.

The stock ECU can't see boost, otherwise it will set a MAP sensor code. Using the stock ECU, you should be using a Missing Link, Check Valves or the V-AFC Hack or something along those lines to keep the ECU from seeing boost.

The AEM does eliminate the CEL.
