Default O2 Sensor Problem (LONG)

ok here is the deal, I have a 01 GSR and I keep throwing a Voltage too High in bank 1 O2 sensor. This is the 3rd o2 sensor in 2 Months. I had a JRSC on my car for 2 weeks and the Fuel pressure was going well over 100psi when WOT. I took the JRSC off my car for fear of Blowing up my car. Put a Skunk2 intake mani with hondata gasket and since i have done that, i can't stop this code from poping up. The weird thing is that when I reset the code the car is fine for about 1 day then the code comes back up. The car runs fine, even with the CEL. I don't know if this makes any difference but my o2 sensor is a Bosch Universal, I hade a bosch on my b16 and had NO problems with it for over a year. Could the OBDII computer not like it. Also Is there a way that my computer is bad?? I have talked with local shops about this problem and I am at a Total loss. Any direction on troubleshooting this would be helpful.....Matt

Ok i hooked up a OBD Monitor and it said that my O2 sensor never activated, Is there a possability that I hooked the sensor incorectly, or would the ECU throw the code Immediatly if it was hooked up wrong??

maybe..

2 black wires are your heater wires.. they put out 12 volts..

that will give you a high voltage error..

white wire is your o2 signal.. green is common ground..

Also, do you have to solder the connection, or can it be crimped??

if green and white were swtiched then it should throw a Low voltage code (sence Green=ground)

OBD2 doesn't seem to like Bosch O2 sensors....if you search, you'll see its quite a common trend.

Buy a new OEM piece, original connector and all, and then you won't have to worry about crimp/soldering, do white and green wire order make a difference and does brand make a difference.
