Default O2 Sensor problem

OK, I've been having a wierd O2 Sensor problem lately.

My car has been throwing a Code 1 (O2 sensor) which turned out to be a P0132 (O2 Sensor High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1) code.
The O2 sensor was out, though, so I went and got a new one.
I changed the O2 sensor and made sure there was no ungrounded wires, but the code is still being thrown. It messed up my idle a bit, and the CEL is bothering me. None of my friends (I am part of a shop that pretty much specializes in Honda performance) can figure it out, and I don't want to have to shell out money for a technician to take a look and not fix anything. I'll do that myself. Does anyone have an idea of what is going on? Where should I look to find problems with a source for the high voltage problem. New O2 sensor, and changed the IAT sensor which had also gone out.

What he said. You might have to clear the codes out before it actually takes effect.

Alos did you replace the first or second o2?

Reset the ECU several times so the car doesn't die while idling ever. I replaced the catalytic O2 sensor several months ago, and just recently replaced the header O2 sensor. I'll check and make sure nothing got torn up on the second sensor, but I doubt it.

I had a similar problem. After installation, I reset the ecu and or undid the negative cable.
