alright guys...its about time for me to get my engine...i was wondering which one you all would suggest....the B16A2 or the B18B1. Keep in mind that i will be building it and then throwing the turbo on it. From what i understand the LS engine is better for the turbo.....just let me know what you think! thanks!

 

Get the b18b, a lot more torque and had lower compression so u can boost a little higher safer

 

see..thats what everyone has told me...but if i am playing on building the B18 i can lower compression with pistons and head gasket as well....i can also do the same with the B16 too....but you are right...the B18 does have more TQ...

ive always heard b18b is better for turbo, longer stroke=more torque...and cylinder walls are thicker too.
