these are brand new rotors that i have installed and they shake just a little maybe due to oscillation. how can i alter the install of the rotors to reduce the oscillation so it would brake in a nice and smooth motion?
thanks in advance

Is this only shaking during hard braking?
Rotors sit against the hub and the torque of your lugnuts is what keeps them in place so there's really nothing in the way of adjustment and you can only install them one way.
Are the pads new? If you're using pads that were on when you had warped rotors, the pads could have uneven wear on them and cause a little vibration.
Other than that, wheel bearings, tire balance, stuff like that can cause vibration.

Resurface them. Some rotors come warped from the factory; especially the cheap ones.
madslackin is wrong. yes old pads may cause vibration but it will not cause vibrations that you can feel inside the car. the vibrations the old pads MAY cause will transalte to a high pitch squeel, i had the same **** happen to me, it was the rotors.

make sure all the suspension components are tight.
make sure the crossmembers are tight.
basically - look for any loose components...

everything is tight. i triple checked everything.
would a tire that is excessively worn or out of shape only cause shaking during braking and not during cruising?
