Default Misfire? or what?

First off, I have a y8 sol with stock ignition. It has a t25 turbo setup tuned with uberdata. Recently,
its been really cold out here in the ville', and a few times ive gotten on the car, it does a sort of "misfire". Ill be going WOT, then all of a sudden the power cuts out...like the engine just quit (and goes quite) for about a half a second, then will resume acceleration like normal. This has happened to me a few times.
Can anyone diagnose?
Thanks

In the last couple of months, I've ran into 3 boosted Hondas with the same problem. The solution has been the distributor cap and rotor.
Check your cap and rotor.

Awesome, go stock? I replaced the cap and rotor like 12 months ago, but since its inexpensive, ill try that.

Could the stock map have something to do with it? It seems to be fine under 10.x psi. But wouldnt it go limp after? Also, if your using uber can you go over 10psi on the stock map sensor?

You would get a check engine light if your map sensor read over the limit, while you're under boost. You would need a 3-bar map with uberdata for anything over 10psi.

Map should read to 10.65psi , but the problem lies that the map reads at a set level, whereas your boost gauge reads boost based on pressure in co-ordination with the atmospheric pressure. So while you are hitting "10.5psi" your ecu might be seeing more. I've heard that it will run off your last column of your map beyond what it can read, but I've also read that you can experience fuel cut. I don't know, never boosted anything to that point.

One thing I was thinking when I read your post was that hondata had a problem with their tunes with changes in sea level and weather (like the cold). AEM doesn't have that problem by understand because it recalibrates accordingly (baro sensor?). Wouldn't it be running extremely rich due to the cold weather and your conservative tune? Check the gap on your plugs, throw a degree or two at the dizzy and take it out for a spin. I'm thinking the spark might be blowing out...but then again what do I know
