Default SPARKS FLY!!!!

hey ladies and gents here's the scenario:

I'm doin 70mph down the highway. I hit a bump and sparks fly from behind the car(at least that's what I can tell from rear view). I feel the throttle response decrease--pushing on the gas pedal does nothing but shoot more sparks for whatever reason.

So I pull over to the side and sit for 20min. Raise tha hood--check as best as I can with a cell phone and pitch black darkness. From what I can tell nothing seems disconnected or out of order. I get in and starter up--it doesn't fire over---I then put it in 1st/ start/ come off the clutch a tad--its running. Givin it rev--keeps running/ responding like normal.

I then drive 50ft--probly doin 40mph-50mph/ hit another little bump and throttle response decreases and the engine slowly dies down.

After that i pulled it back to the side and called the tow.

WHAT could it be??

I think its the belts/ i been getting that screeching sound cars give when its cold...my car revs so rich--somedays I'd smell burning rubber.

specs:
B18C
aem intake
JDM cams
Greddy header
built bottom/ bore/stroke
apexi exhaust
RC injection
Greddy E manage unit

Does your exhaust sound like its leaking? If not then hook up a vacuum gauge. If it reads about 15-21 in. Hg. then that is about right, snap the throttle and observe the reading. If the reading slowly decreases then you have a restriction in the exhaust system. But, the worst case scenario you might have kinked your fuel lines.
