Ok, so me and a friend just finished swapping a B16 into his 95 EX coupe and everything is running fine with the exception of the MAP Sensor. I even took my MAP sensor off my B16 and put it on his to see if it was bad or not and the CEL still came on even after I reset the ECU. Now the weird thing is after I reset the ECU the engine idles low and then about 45 seconds into idling it shoots up to anywhere between 2000 - 2500 rpms then it throws the CEL code. Could it be that when a vaccum leak occurs it sets off the CEL?

And how did you come up with that determination..... ECU's just don't go bad, back in the days of old they did, but that is few and far between for most modern electronics...
